Nothing is actually wrong with these, they are a nice quality and work well. However, the gold color actually looks more like a rose gold and they don't match the gold XpressPlate Plastic Nameplates we ordered to go with them. The lip in the front is so small that you don't see it very much (especially up on a shelf) so we elected not to send them back and to just use them. That is the only comment I have, other than that these are very nice.
