Great Customer Service
Due to lack of notification of shipping and the passing of expected arrival dates, I reached out to customer service. After they investigated,it was discovered the item I ordered was not available. I received a telephone call from customer service staff, explaining this and offering a replacement item of the same quality. I accepted the suggestion and they said it would be shipped that day from another state. To my surprise, I received the item the next day. The replacement was just a nice as the original item I ordered. Totally impressed with this company's customer service!!
